These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NPPE Vault website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NPPE Vault ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NPPE Vault is an independent, third-party study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Engineers Canada, any provincial or territorial engineering regulator (including PEO, APEGA, EGBC, OIQ, or any other association), or the administrators of the official NPPE.
Our practice questions are original and are not sourced from, based on, or representative of actual NPPE examination questions. The content is designed to help you study the subject areas covered by the NPPE but:
All content on the Service, including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NPPE Vault or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NPPE Vault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NPPE Vault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or equivalent legislation in your province or territory. To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, the consumer protection laws shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NPPE Vault regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
